0.03 Early Alpha Update

Oh hey! My first public update for Deadbeat! :D
It's mostly bugfixes and quality of life, but there's now also a fancy options menu, with keybindings and everything! The Gamepad one looks wonky, but it should still work.
As always, let me know if you see anything I should improve!

Probably the first thing on the docket: I should probably start keeping proper changelogs...

Known Issue:
-Key notifications in-game won't match the corresponding binding if changed. I'll be working on this for the next update!
